What we check
- Roofing surface: shingles or membrane, seams and wear.
- Flashing at chimneys, walls, parapets, skylights and vents.
- Drains, gutters and scuppers.
- Signs of water inside: ceilings, attic or top floor walls.
- Signs of deck damage such as soft or sagging areas.
When to book an inspection
- You see a leak, a stain or damp after rain.
- A storm has passed through.
- You are buying, selling or refinancing a home.
- You are planning solar panels.
- You simply have not had the roof looked at in a while.
Inspections run 9 AM to 5 PM, and evenings and weekends are available. Same day is often possible. All decision makers should be present so everyone hears the same answer.
